Stevia on weight control

All of us aspire to be a better version of ourselves. All of us desire to break free from our life dilemmas. We experience bullying, peer pressure, and other forms of negativity in our community, and we want to get away from it.

One of the problems in our society is Obesity. 31.1 percent of the Filipinos experience it and its complications, that is why we should be aware of it and the problems that it might bring. People with Obesity often came up with solutions to lose weight like fasting, dietary supplements, or sometimes, procedures. However, everyone can achieve a good physique just by focusing on two goals: be physically active and improving your eating habits–with determination, of course.

Be Physically Active

If exercising isn’t part of your routine, you may wonder how you’ll ever get fit. Take it slowly, one step at a time. You might try walking for 30 minutes or how long you can endure. Don’t forget to measure your progress. As you reach new goals, gift yourself a non-food reward.

Improving Your Eating Habits

Today, we made fast food and other processed foods as part of our daily routine. Since we’re always hectic, spending most of our time in front of computers and paper works, we often forget to think of a proper diet.

Replacing sugar with low‐calorie sweeteners is a common strategy for facilitating weight control. Lina Alta Stevia sweeteners aid in efficient weight management by giving natural sweetness to food and beverages without calories or any unwanted chemicals.

According to Harvard Medical School, “Sugar substitutes promote weight loss in randomized controlled trials. But, making the switch from sugar to sugar substitutes, without other lifestyle changes, will not cause meaningful weight loss. Unfortunately, there is no trick or short cut to losing weight.”

Just a reminder: Adding healthy food to your diet while limiting or eliminating other foods should be done with careful planning and consulting your doctor.
